Dise Complete Content Management Software (CMS)

Function

The Content Management Software (CMS) enables you to list all your content and to generate reports from the playback statistics stored in the Dise Complete database.

Usage

When starting the application you will have to specify an user name and password to login. If the database is not setup then go into File > Settings and setup the Dise Complete database settings, then you have to restart the application to be able to login to the database.

On the left you have a tree view of all Projects, Sites and Players. You can always select one or more items from this list to filter what is shown in the Content list and Statistics reports. If you select All then everything will be included.

Content

The content registered for the selected Project, Site and Players.

Statistics

You can generate two types of reports from your content statistics.

Select the report you want to generate, select the Projects, Sites or Players (or All) that you want to include (on the left). If you want to limit the report even further you can add one or more filters (described below). Then click on Generate.

You can export the generated report as a CSV or text file using the Save function or do a printout using the Print function.

Playback date and time

Could also be described as Proof of play.

Display a straight list, showing content and their playback time. Can be used to see if a certain ad was shown on a player at a specific time.

Playback count and total time

Display each content and then number of playback instances and the total time of playback.

Archived content

Selecting Use archive will display content that has been archived by the Dise Complete Service.

Versioned Content

List of all Dise Movies with version information. This is used with Approval of Content, and you can see the different approval levels of each Dise Movie version.

Filter

You can do an easy filter of the data generated by just writing a string in the filter field at the bottom. Or you can click the edit funnel button to define a more complex filter.
