Dise Computer Control

Function
Dise Computer Control can turn off and turn on players based on a time schedule, or directly controlled by Dise System Control.
The application is not installed on the player but on a "controller". The controller will not itself be shutdown and has network access to the players.
On most computers you will be able to do a complete power off.

Turn a computer on or off
To turn off computers, Computer Control can use two different tools.
Wake-on-LAN is used to turn on the computers.
Settings
Start Computer Control when Windows starts
- Start the Computer Control application on windows startup.
Start communication on program start
- If enabled then the application will automatically start communication to the screen at program startup.
Minimize at program start
- Application will start minimized to the tray.
Connect to the screen interval
- Number of seconds between connections to the screen.
- It is only when connecting to the screen any status information, temperature values and on/off control will be processed.
Dise Complete status interval
- Number of seconds between Dise Complete status updates.
- The status, temperature or other properties of the screen will only be sent to the Dise Complete database at this interval.
Software Identity
- Unique identity of this application in the Dise Complete system
Name
- Name of the application in the Dise Complete system.
Description
- Description of the application in the Dise Complete system.

Settings that will be used to receive multicast or UDP / TCP Remote Control messages on the network.

Shutdown command
- Use (Windows) Shutdown should be used, or PsShutdown.
Timeouts and delays
- Tweaks to use to resolve network or hardware problems. The defaults should be enough.

The list of players that you want to control.
Computer details
Name / Description
- Player information
Broadcast IP
- The IP to send out Wake-on-Lan broadcasts on. Will most likely by the IP of the player but with 255 in the end.
IP Address
- Player IP.
MAC Address
- MAC Address of the network card that should do Wake-on-Lan. Auto Detect should work in most cases.
Username / Password
- Used by Shutdown and PsShutdown to authorize computer power off.
