Dise One

Dise One is the easy-to-use version of the Dise package designed for one-screen systems. It consists of:

• A Manager

The PC where all the content will be created and edited. The software that will be used on the manager is Dise Composer.

• A Player

The PC where all the content will be displayed. On the player, Dise Replay will run 24/7.

Note: There is nothing stopping the manager and player being the same computer - although if so you may not be able to edit and play back content simultaneously.

Licensing

A Dise One license comes with one manager license key and a player license key. The license keys will be tied to the PC they are installed to after having been entered during the setup (in the Dise Setup Wizard).

Content distribution

Distribute is done automatically between the manager and player, and no middle-man (such as Dise Bridge) is needed. This is achieved via a technique called Dise Discover. For Dise Discover to work the manager and player needs to be on the same local area network (LAN). In Dise One, the first time the manager wants to send out content it searches and locates the player on the network, after which it automatically attaches to that player.

Limitations

• Dise Discover is LAN only.
• Channels, playlists and advanced scheduling is not possible. (Only one Dise Movie at a time)
